General guidelines

t is recommended that anyone participating in the event is tested before travelling to
the tournament location.
• It is recommended that everyone should proactively and regularly check their health status (including taking their temperature and monitoring for any symptoms) before coming to the venue.
• It is requested to not travel or move around if you feel unwell, fatigue, cold symptoms,
fever, coughing, and in more severe cases shortness of breath which are COVID-19’s most common symptoms. In case you have any of the above symptoms please directly inform the organisers and stay in your room.

At the venue

• Covid-19 information posters will be posted around the buildings.
• Face coverings are recommended in crowded indoor settings.
• Handshakes are prohibited.
• Whilst tournament matches all doors will be kept open whenever possible so the
Sports Hall area is well ventilated.
• Hand sanitisers, cleaning sprays, paper towels and other hygiene products will be
available around the sports hall side.
• No capacity limits for spectators, but good practice is encouraged. “Keep Distance”
signs will be in place.
• Changing rooms will be provided with cleaning sprays and wipes so every team will
be asked to wipe benches between every use.
• Team sections will be provided for all teams. These sections are mainly for storing
hockey gear etc…
• The sports hall has three changing rooms with showers (2 male and 1 female). Each
male changing room will be divided into two zones, so we can accommodate four
teams (two teams that playing and two teams who preparing). As each match ends
we will encourage players to leave promptly, allowing minimal crossover, this will be
regulated by the officials.
• Tournament fixtures and times will be posted to minimise the risk of players
unnecessarily congregating at the entrances to the changing room.
