The Plymouth Hockey League (PHL) going to run for three months during the winter in Plymouth Pavilions Ice Rink. The plan is to have 8 teams. The Double Round Robin format (each match will be 2 periods 5 minutes each way running clock with 1 minute half time during which teams must change ends) + Playoff games. Game format is 3 on 3 plus goalie. No Timeouts or Overtime. No checking. No slapshots allowed. Teams are limited to 6 players (min 4 and max 6), plus the goalkeeper. 4 Game Guarantee Tournament Bracket means that every team is guaranteed to play a minimum of 4 games every league day. League games will be played every two weeks on Saturday evenings from 19:30 till 23:30, the first league starting at end of November and Playoff games scheduling the end of January 2023. Provisional dates are Day 1 – 26/11/22, Day 2 – 10/12/22, Day 3 – 14/01/23, Playoff – 28/01/23.
